Rosemary-Lemon No-Knead Bread

Isn't it beautiful?
It tastes good too. REALLY good. But, if you are a regular follower, you might be noticing a trend--I like lemons in everything! (lemons in my banana bread, lemons in my cheesecake....)

And take a look at that wonderful texture!

So, it looks beautiful. It has a fantastic texture. It has a wonderful, crispy crust. It has lemons and rosemary in it. And did you catch that part about "no-knead"? It's true! You just stir everything up and let it sit overnight, shape it, let it rise, cook it, eat it.  Done deal. :)

From start to finish, the this bread is a pleasure to cook. I love the fresh lemon zest and rosemary--the way it smells, the way it looks.

And pulling it out of the oven is a fun surprise--you never quite know how it'll look.

I made sure and saved a few slices for my family. :)

I saw the recipe years and years ago (houses ago) in a William Sonoma catalog, and it's been a keeper every since. Hope you enjoy!

Any recipe from Williams Sonoma is delicious. I went to a cooking class there a few months ago and they made olive oil and rosemary flatbread! Yum!!
