Italian Pasta Salad

Like Jaime, I tend to make a lot of salads for dinner in the summer.
This is one of my favorites because its one of those recipes where you can throw in whatever you have. (Usually leftover ingredients from previous meals if you're like me)
Here's what I usually do...

Pasta- this one has penne and rotini
Meat- grilled chicken and
Cheese- mozzarella (cubed) and
 parmesan (grated) 
Vegetables- baby spinach
grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
(sometimes I add broccoli)
Dressing- Italian Vinaigrette
