What's for Dinner?

Southwest Falafels, Grilled Pizza, Waldorf Salad
We've been enjoying summer cooking--out on the grill, easy meals, and nice cold salads. Here's our menu from last week. I hope you are enjoying nice summery meals at your house too. :)

Monday
Grilled Pizza

Tuesday
Country Style BBQ Pork Ribs, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli
I grilled the ribs on the BBQ for a while, turning to get each side *kissed* by the flames, then transfered them to a crockpot and put some BBQ sauce on them. I let them slow cook on high for 2-3 hours and they were marvelous! :)

Wendesday
Leftover Pizza and veggies

Thursday
Waldorf Salad (Recipe forth coming)

Friday
Southwestern Falafels

Saturday
Leftover Ribs and veggies

Sunday
Breakfast for dinner! As requested by my preschooler--bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns.

  1. Grilled pizza has become a staple this summer especially since the baby was born. I am SOOO happy I pre grilled a TON of individual crusts before she was born!
