Like I've said before... I LOVE muffins.

It's so easy AND pretty darn healthy.
I always use chopped fresh cranberries instead of the dried variety.
(If the cranberries have been frozen just chop them and toss them with flour before adding then to the batter.)
It's such a good basic recipe too. You could change it up and put any add ins you like, apple, orange zest, pecans... whatever.
